Phoenix House
The Community Integration component of the Personal Intervention Program utilizes two, 24 hour staffed residences which are embedded in the Carbondale community.  Phoenix House  may be used as a transition point for persons who are targeted to live semi-independently in an apartment or home environment. This residential option provides the ideal opportunity for programming maintenance and generalization of acquired self-management skills and to teach more complex community socialization skillsEight private bedrooms and shared kitchen, social and bathroom facilities are available at the totally accessible Phoenix House.
